ABOUT ME

Hi, Iʼm Claire,

Iʼm mum to two children (say children, one is nearly 22)

I have worked with children for the last 14 years and have extensive special needs experience, nothing phases me.

I developed a passion for photography not long after my little girl was born (sheʼs nearly 7)

I fell in love with outdoor photography, I loved the freedom of it and taking a not so pretty place and turning it into a image you would never of dreamed possible, thats where it all began.

I have attended various training courses as Iʼm a big believer of investing in yourself and continuing to develop.

To enhance my knowledge I have trained alongside several well established professional outdoor photographers and also heavily invested in newborn photography training, Iʼm also a member of Banpas, an organisation that promotes safe practices whilst working with your precious little ones.

My studio is based in the market town of Guisborough, it’s warm and welcoming and I cater for all needs. I specialise in newborn photography, I also am a family photographer, alongside this I also shoot outdoors, sitter sessions and cake smashes to mark those all important milestones.

I source props from all over the world and these will be available for you to choose from on the day of your session. I provide outfits for newborns, sitter session, cake smashes and I have a range of dresses for girls up to the age of around 8 years, so their inner princess can come out, I mean who doesnʼt like to dress up.
